[ 04 /about]
Code, coffee, and no ceremony.
A small software house in Warsaw. We build software that runs in production, not just in presentations.
CHAPTER 1Code over presentations
We have built software professionally for over 12 years and had been coding long before that. We have sat through enough meetings about a shade of gray in a table heading that no user ever noticed.
That is why TKServices follows one rule: less ceremony, more working code.
CHAPTER 2A small team, a short path
The same people who write the code talk with the client, so nothing gets lost along the way. There is no project manager relaying messages.
We work in small batches. Each one can be reviewed in full and deployed without stress, and a bug shows up after one step, not three months.
CHAPTER 3AI without magic
AI is engineering. If the input is garbage, the model will only produce garbage faster.
We use language models where the results can be measured: with response quality tests, cost controls, and a plan for when the model gets it wrong. We run some tasks on local models so data stays on the server.
CHAPTER 4We own production
A project does not end when we hand over the code. We set up servers, CI/CD, backups, and monitoring, then maintain them.
[ OK ] discovery call: scope agreed
[ OK ] first production release
We run our own products, such as CookieDomain and Payminder, by the same principles we recommend to clients.
