Who controls your data
The controller of your personal data is Tomasz Kulesza, doing business as TKServices, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 7431784576. For any matter concerning your data, email [email protected].
What data we collect and why
Contact form. We collect your first and last name, email address, message, IP address, and submission time. We use this information to reply to your inquiry and prepare an offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We also use the IP address to protect the form from spam and abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
Email correspondence. If you email [email protected] directly, we process the information in your message for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.
Cookie choices. When you choose settings in the cookie banner, we record the selected categories, type of decision, date, language, browser information, and a hash of your IP address that cannot be used to recover the address itself. We do this to demonstrate the consent you gave (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) in conjunction with GDPR Art. 7(1)).
How long we keep your data
- Form messages and correspondence: up to 12 months after our last contact. If we enter into an agreement, we keep data needed to perform it for the duration of the agreement and until related claims are time-barred.
- The IP address used to limit form submissions: one hour.
- Cookie choice records: as long as we need to be able to demonstrate consent. The cookie storing your choice expires after 12 months.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Only companies that help us operate the site can access it, under data processing agreements:
- our hosting provider in Poland, whose servers run the site and email,
- Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it from attacks (it processes IP addresses),
- Google, which provides the mailbox that receives messages from the form.
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the US. The safeguards are the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We store one cookie, cc_consent, which remembers your cookie choice. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or by deleting cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, and transfer your data. You also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights. You can also file a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl).
We do not make decisions about you by automated means or profile you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
