Four things.
We do not do everything.

CRM and CMS systems, dashboards, portals, and APIs. From the first version to an application handling real traffic.

Language model features running in production: document search (RAG), agents, response quality tests, and cost controls. Also with local models.

An outside review of code, architecture, security, and performance. It ends with a written report and prioritized fixes.

We take over an existing system: organize deployments, add CI/CD, backups, and monitoring, then keep improving it.
